How do I know which batch I am in?
If you already ordered, enter your order number in the order lookup area. If you have not ordered yet, select a product and region in the estimate area to see the current shipping expectation.
Why did someone who ordered around the same time receive their headset first?
Batch assignment depends on product version, region logistics, accessory combinations, and payment confirmation timing. Orders placed on the same date may not be in the same batch.
How soon will I receive a tracking number after dispatch?
You should receive an email with a tracking number within 24 hours after dispatch. If you do not receive it within 48 hours, contact support.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are possible before dispatch. Contact support with your order number and new address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed by Pimax.
Can the estimated timing change?
Yes. This page is updated weekly and the latest displayed timing should be treated as current. If your batch changes significantly, we will notify you by email.
